Our In-House Meal Provision

At Esteem South Academy, all of our meals are prepared and served in-house by our dedicated catering team. This approach allows us to ensure every meal is made with care and meets the needs of our students. We believe that providing a consistent, high-quality meal service is an important part of supporting our students' well-being and their ability to learn.

Daily Meal Choice

We offer a simple and nutritious meal plan for all students. Every day, students are provided with one choice of a hot or cold meal, which is served alongside a dessert and a drink.

The menu is designed to be healthy and appealing. While the choice is limited to a single hot or cold option, we make sure the meals are varied throughout the week to provide a balanced diet.

We are committed to catering to the needs of every student. If your child has any special dietary requirements, food allergies, or intolerances, please contact the academy so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Free School Meals

If your child is eligible for Free School Meals, their daily meal will be provided for them. We encourage all parents and carers to check if they are eligible for this support, as it can be a valuable help. You can find more information and apply through the Derbyshire County Council website.
